Grilled Corn
I was watching a program this morning and saw this simple idea. The lady had shucked corn. In a small bowl she mixed chili powder, lime juice (1), a pinch of S&P, and enough olive oil to make it liquidy. Brushed this on the corn and grilled it. I’m going to try it

Re: Grilled Corn
Sounds like a variation of Mexican Street Corn. Should be very tasty.

My thoughts also - - - - one of our former members that started his own Website was,Rick, of Two-Guys BBQ and he would do corn that way.

"Elotes" (mexican street corn) is some larapin vittles, especially when you get that sweet corn on the cob that has the small kernels. You can also microwave it for seven minutes (turning half way thru) before grilling, for the perfect doneness..

That sweet corn in the microwave is probably Sherry's favorite Veggie of all and I keep it in the Frig all of the time.

Re: Grilled Corn
Love charred grilled corn. I've started using the method at the link below to shuck the corn. Even though it's already cooked after the trip thru the microwave it still grills nicely and this is the easiest way I've found to de-silk and shuck.
