Nutter Batch of Jalapeno Jelly
About the only place I use this Jelly is on my Breakfast Burritos or with ABTs but I do love it and hate to run out.
However, TODAY, I did manage to dump one entire Jar out onto the countertop so clean up was escalated beyond salvaging.

Nice, it sounds like it would be excellent on breakfast burritos.

Not at all !

I've been using that Recipe for several years and I could not be more pleased.
I don't use food coloring but I do puree the jalapeno mix very good so there's hardly to "NO" pieces of pepper showing.
This also makes the Jelly work in a syringe for making Nachos. You just fill the syringe and then squirt the Jelly over
Chez/Chips or anything else.
"ENJOY"

Thank you.
My wife saw the photos of the jelly as I was reading this forum last night on my iPhone. She eats jalapenos every day and asked me to find the recipe.

Re: Nutter Batch of Jalapeno Jelly
If she likes Jalapenos, then she ought to like this Jelly. I de-seed and de-vein my peppers to keep them "mild" but that's an option that she may or may not want you to do.
Don't know if your area has this kind of Fruit Pectin but FWIW it's what I use with great success.
