Hi,

I love to make burgers with charcoal and would need good recipe for american style softbun. Any ideas / recommendations?
Those are not for sale here in Finland...

Hey Huppe - I'm not quite sure what you're wanting: are you talking about an American Hamburger Bun?

I doubt too many of us make them since they are available anyplace that sells groceries.

Probably any good bread recipe would work when formed into the round bum.

I always selfmake them, because in Germany u cannot buy good buns. The ones u can buy taste like nothing and if the get wet of any Sauce, they disperse like Paper. Since about a half year there is one Company which make good ones, but selfmade ones are much better.

I think it is not much work and the taste is 1000 times better.
