Blame it on Capt'n - kinda

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Apr 28, 2018 11:58 am

I was just about out of homemade preserved Salsa so I bought the goodies yesterday and when I got ready to fix it this morning, I thought of Capt'ns post and pics from my last non-roasted batch. Therefore, I decided to roasted the veggies and "Git'er Done". Sure is a lot of work for 5 and a smiggin Pints but come breakfast time I'm sure it will all be worth it.

Looking good, we're done preserving here for a while. We had bumper crops again. You guys in summer yet?
