Cauli broccoli cheese bake.

One of my fave sides is the above, boil florets until nearly ready, drain then put into dish with cheese sauce, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake. Pic soon.

Russ, there is this place a few hours from me in Middletown NY called Mix & Mac !!
http://mixnmac.com/It's a place that only makes Mac n cheese , all from scratch while you wait.
It's big on doing the ground up bread crumbs in the end under the broiler.
It's insanely mouthwatering good !
Ur way of cooking here just reminded me of that, yours looks awesome, I LOVE broccoli...

My granddaughters fave as well. I add some cream to the milk, I do it when no ones watching. It's is beautiful.

All I'd add to that is a sprinkling of Louisiana Red Sauce (aka liquid cayenne)

It's very rich ...but it's real good, some leftover for dinner tonight, think wife's gettin the bake leftovers,lol. Yes, I'm a gentleman.
