Headed out of town a few days and didn't want to come back to a bunch of rotten tomatoes plus we have a critter eating our tomatoes at night so decided pick em and pickle em.

Used a recipe that included hot banana peppers and Anaheim peppers, then put in a couple Frisco peppers just for color.

I love pickled veggies. Those look nice.
