1 lb. pork neck bones
2 bunches collard greens tender
1 T. bacon drippings ñ some crumbled
dash red pepper sauce
salt ñ pepper
garlic granular to taste
Parboil neck bones in large saucepan.
Remove from broth.
Add green.
Cook on low heat until tender.
Add cooked bacon ñ drippings- red pepper sauce.
Season with little garlic granular -salt ñ pepper 4 to 6 servings
