Superbowl Penne n Kidney Bean Surprise Salad EASY

1 lb. penne thin small cooked rinse drain
Mayo Kraft
Sour cream
2 cap fulls apple cider vinegar
Salt ñ pepper
¼ c. Yoplait Berry Mix or little more (Optional but that is the surprise
Beans rinsed well drain choice of red light kidney or black bean

Cook penne in kosher salted water el dente or pkg. directions. Rinse- drain well –place in bowl – salt ñ pepper penne –stir-add 3 mayo to 1 sour cream –enough to coat well the penne with 2 to 3 capful’s apple vinegar –stir well –add all the rest ñ taste –cover ñ chill till cold.

Note~ this is really filling -with robust taste ñ can make with any beans.
Can make this runny or just nicely coated. The colder the better and can be anytime eating. Mix the mayo 3 parts to 1 part sour cream n -Yes- can cut back on the mayo n add Yoplit in part of the mix or do it anyway U want.

I came up with this when I was in a bind for a fast easy dish.
EVEN kids liked it. Great for when they come home from schoo and hungry.
