Ruben Dip
2 -8oz packages of Buddig corned beef, finely chopped
16 oz sauerkraut, drained well and chopped
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
6 oz grated Swiss cheese
Assorted Rye crackers or Rye rounds to dip
Preheat oven 350° F. Mix all ingredients together -bake 30
minutes or until hot and bubbly.
