1 c. prepared red pepper jelly
2 T. rice wine vinegar
Small pan over low heat. Add pepper jelly ñ vinegar. Allow mixture to simmer ñ whisk until all ingredients are blended well. Serve warm as a dipping sauce lamb - pork –shrimp or any fried food.
Note~ Can use jalapeno jelley also.
