Pepper Jelly Glazed for Ham or Meats or Seafoods
4 tsp. red pepper jelly
1 ham steak about 1 lb.
Spread 1 Tbsp. jelly over both sides meats or seafood. Oil skillet- fry over medium high heat 3 minutes per side or until grill-marked. Spread remaining jelly on top. Cut into quarters to serve
Note~ or spread on already cooked or fried food or use as a dip
