This has been a family favorite during the holiday season for many years.
Crab Dip
1 can crab meat
1 large pkg Cream Cheese
3 hard boiled eggs
1 bottle Durkee's dressing
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Place the cream cheese in a blender or food processor.
Pour in the Durkee's. Pour the juice from the creb meat into the empty Durkee bottle, cap and shake to remove remaining dressing.
Add crab meat.
Add eggs.
Add garlic.
Blend or process until smooth. Eat with potato chips (the ruffles work well).
I usually double this and it will almost fill a food processor.
We enjoy this very much.
