1) 8 oz. pkg. Philly cream cheese softened

1 T. roasted red bell peppers chopped or use jalapeño’s dice fine seeded
1 T. green onions ñ few stems extra sliced
1/4 tsp. cayenne or smoked chipotle powder to taste

Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 2½ cup microwaveable dish. Sprinkle with next 3 ingredients.
Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until heated through.
Top the spread with remaining ingredients. Serve with corn chips –crackers-small toasted bread squares or with veggies.

Note~ make the night before ñ can place in oven-mix all ingredients until well blended -spread into 9” baking dish or pan. Bake 350°F. 20 to 25 min. or until puffed ñ lightly browned. This goes fast ñ can make two –one not so hot for the children
