10 oz rotini pasta twists
3 lbs. tomatoes seeded coarsely chopped
1 medium red onion diced
4 bacon slices cooked crumbled
4 c mixed salad greens
2/3 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
Dijon mustard UR taste
1 to 2 tsp sugar UR taste
1 T. cider vinegar
salt n pepper to taste
Garlic granular to taste
Pepperoni from a dried sticked –peel skin –cut off as much as U like –dice it into salad after adding dressing or just on the top
Cook pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Drain - rinse with cold water. Place in large serving bowl-add tomatoes-onion bacon with salad greens.
Small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard,
sugar- vinegar- salt – pepper touch of garlic granular- mix well. Spoon over pasta mixture and toss gently to coat. Add pepperoni 6 servings.
Notes~ can add diced hard boiled eggs too.
In place of mixed greens add shredded cabbage for ex crunch.
