Different Cheese Ring

1 lb. sharp cheese
1 c. chopped any favorite nuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 onion medium grated
1 garlic clove pressed
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
1 c. raspberry or strawberry or jalapeño jelly or jam.

Combine all ingredients except jam or preserves. Line a ring mold with plastic wrap. It will help the cheese ring come out easier in the center of a plate when ready to serve than place jam in center hole

Note ~ Before platting mold place either chopped lettuce or spinach chopped or whole leaves for presentation.
Or
Just surround ring with assorted crackers or flatbread.
