Plum or Roma tomatoes slice bottom off bottom slightly so tomatoes sit straight up
Cut thin slice of the top off tomatoes n remove with a melon ball scope - tomato pulp inside to hollow it out some.
Place scooped pulp in separate bowl n season with salt -pepper -garlic n make some guacamole with it. Set aside in refrigerator.
In another bowl -place- whipped cream cheese with losts of diced jalapeno's seeded- mixed with serrano's diced fine
add little very little chicken base paste for flavoring.
Add garlic granular to taste
onion powder to taste
few black olives drained n diced
little shredded Mexican blend cheese- get creative!
Mix this all together -salt n pepper to taste-fill the tomatoes
Grill on foiled lined pan or place in oven till all tender n done
Remove to serving platter adding to the top of those babies with cold guacamole or more shredded cheese n little chopped cilantro leaves. YUM get the COLD BEER out. Enjoy
OOPS forgot add fried bacon or wrap them in bacon or use some canadian bacon inside also..
