1 pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1/3 c. beer (enjoy the rest by drinking it.
1 cup black beans - drained rinsed well
1/2 c. green onions chop
1/2 c. tomatoes roma or plum chopped
1/2 c. jalapeno's or serrano's chopped fine
Medium saucepan- add cream cheese- chedder cheese n beer on low heat. Add in beans- green onions- tomatoes n chile peppers. Heat through.
Serve either warm or cold with tortilla chips- pretzels - crackers or toasted bread.

Hi everyone..made this last again n this time I used the "WHIPPED Philly Cream Cheese" instead of the block type.. Use just enough beer to make it consistency U like n of course drink the rest.. I add a little chopped cilantro also this time n this time I used Monterey Seasonings instead of jalapeno or serrano ..because I was out of them...
Now that was good also...
Changing recipes to a basic recipe can either be great or a flop...but if one doesn't try -never knows...
Thought about adding some cut up cooked shrimp or crab with this also..
