Baked Artichokes (like Stuffed or Cream Corn Casserole Tasty

These are 2 separate sides

Creamed Corn Casserole
Buy the corn - cut off cob 4 ears
1/4 c. heavy cream (or use half ñ half
4 T. butter
1 tsp. sugar
salt ñ pepper to taste

Cook simmer about 15 minutes. Make sure-corn it is not scorching on the bottom of pan.

Next side dish

Artichoke Casserole
1 can of artichoke hearts chop small pieces
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan grated cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves finely minced.
salt ñ pepper to taste

Mix all together until good ñ moist from olive oil - bake about 20 min 350° F.

Note ~ Artichokes taste like eating a stuffed artichoke without having to stuff it

Can add little fresh lemon juice or just serve
