Haddock with Citrus Salsa

Ingredients:


4 naval oranges , peeled and sectioned .
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley.
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove , minced.
1 teaspoon grated orange peel.
3/4 teaspoon , divided .
2 teaspoons groung coriander.
2 teaspoons groung cumin
1 pound haddock filets.

Directions :


In a bowl , combine the oranges , onion , lime juice , cilantro , pepper flackes , garlic , orange peel , 1/4 teaspoon salt , and 1/8th teaspoon pepper . Cover and chill . Combine coriander , cumin , and remaining salt and pepper , rub over both sides of fillets . Grill covered over medium heat on both sides or until fish flakes easily with a fork . Serve with citrus salsa .

Thanks Pups I assume that is 3/4 t salt? and maybe 1/4 t black pepper?

Hey Chile , I think it would be good on a few different types of fish . Tilapia , trout , sea bass , etc. etc.
