Went to get the Talapia from the freezer and discovered what I got is wild caught Barramudi  Making fish tacos tonight, so it should work. Meat looks like perch or even walleye. Time will tell

It's real good eating. I get it at Sam's all the time. The ones sold in stores are farm raised fish usually from Southeast Asia or Australia. They are in the perch family.
I like them better than Tilapia.

Costco eh? Haven't seen it around here yet, but will keep an eye out for it... Don't think I've ever had it, but it sure does sound like some good eats!

They were "on sale" thinking $9/bag. The fillets are individually vac sealed.

Got 2 fillets marinating in 1/4 cup canola oil, 1 TB lime juice and some diced onion, cilantro, salt & pepper. Mean while, 3/4 chimney of briquettes is rocking in the Weber. Note to self, grill more often

Not something I've seen, but sounds interesting. I haven't seen it at Costco here, but I will check next time I go. Looking forward to finish pics!
