Got to make this yesterday, it's 1 tail crayfish, slices are half an inch thick. 2 BIG slices of bread and 1000 island dressing. Settled the craving you guys got me going.

These are ocean crayfish, we also have small fresh water ones as well, called koura. They are similar to your crawfish, sweet morsels.

That's a great sandwich. Everything shellfish is great. Is it the same as this saltwater crawfish we have?
