Hey James...

Ya forgot RAW! Some fishes are great when sliced properly and used with a hot mustard or wasabi (Japanese horseradish) dip, especially ahi or yellowfin tuna, small marlin (less than 100lbs) and halibut (less than 20lbs).

Strange as it be raw fish doesn't have a "fishy" smell...

Well, I'll try most anything once... :lol: They way I fix high dollar tuna, it is still raw in the middle. Wife prefers it a bit more done tho...
