That looks delicious! I have never had tilapia! A few years ago, we were really deep in breeding African cichlids and keeping other fish. A friend of ours had a Tilapia buttikoferi which looks a lot like the fish for sale in the supermarket. He was a pet and Les can not bring himself to eat one now. Me, on the other hand, will eat any kind of fish. Hey, people keep catfish in aquariums and I don't mind at all to fry one up! lol

Tomorrow for dinner, the kids and I are having Sesame Ginger grilled black fin shark steaks!
