I have asked if I can post a link to this recipe, and I have not had a response, so hear it is!

So easy, and so tasty! I have uploaded a YouTube video on complete instructions. This would be also great for Salmon or Arctic Char. I have not tried it with a white flesh fish, but if you do, please let me know how it turns out.

Basic recipe has Soya sauce, Teriyaki Marinade and some other stuff. Marinade for 24 hours, Smoke for 2 hours at 180, then 45 mins at 275, and mmmmmmmm. So yummy. Check out the link here, http://youtu.be/Z2-oKvYuIts and also check out my other recipes on my YouTube channel, TheGeorgianChef.

Hope you try it, and please let me know how it was.

Hope you try it!

Cheers,

Happy Smoking

Nice video and looks wonderful.
Since trout are kinda rare in Texas would this work well on salmon?

Yes, it would be great with Salmon, and Arctic Char. Not sure if you get Char down there either.

The only thing I might change for Salmon is the timing, as Salmon is thicker than Trout. I might add 30 mins to smoking at 180 for a total of 2 1/2 hours, then bring the time to 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 275F.

Let me know how it is, if you try it.

Cheers,
