i love the title of this section ... now this ain't grilled or smoked but here's my secret recipe for gumbo

start with a good home made roux

































well there it is hope ya'll enjoy

Whew!

I saw a large gap in the message and for a second I thought that I was waiting for a picture. I figured that Catfish posted a picture of himself cooking gumbo in his robe! :lol: :lol:

I was thinkin the same thing! How about a real recipe for some good gumbo.....
