1 lb. large shrimp peeled deveined tails on
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour - cornstarch or corn meal
1 c. Panko bread crumbs
Use peanut oil for frying
shredded lettuce or cabbage
garnish with scallions
Dinni’s Select Spicy Shrimp Sauce a must or use**
Soak shrimp in bowl with milk- 15 minutes
Place flour or starch in1 bowl in another bowl Panko bread crumbs.
Dredge shrimp in flour or corn starch-back into milk – last into Panko -set aside.
Heat a large skillet to 365 ° F. So fish doesn't become soggy -bring heat up each time before adding a new batch of shrimp.
Place shrimp in hot and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil ñ drain on paper towels.
Large bowl combine fried shrimp with Dinni’s sauce or ** until evenly coated. Pile on a bed of shredded cabbage or lettuce ñ garnish with scallions. Can pile the sauce on top of shrimp also.
Notes~ can eat these by themselves or place on a bed of brown rice cooked.
Make it little hotter by adding tad of chili oil or Sirrachra hot sauce *
Run it all together using appropiate puncuation n com site will come up
Note~Add some Sirracha sauce to thousand Isalands works also or use little chili oil -didn’t have any other sauce to use - that is what I used. Go easy cause that sirracha it is HOTTTTTT!
