Baked Chicken With Buttered Noodles

1/2 c. dried beef chopped
8 to 12 chicken thighs, skin removed
4 to 6 slices bacon
1) 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese room temperature
1) 10 3/4 ozs. condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup Campbell's
1) 10 3/4 ozs. Cream of Chicken soup Campbell's
1 ½ c. sour cream
parsley or cilantro fresh chopped
hot cooked noodles

Sprinkle dried beef into lightly buttered 3 quart baking dish. Arrange chicken things in casserole- meaty side up. Top each chicken thigh with 1/2 slice bacon. Combine cream cheese- soups- sour cream- beat until well blended -pour over chicken. Cover with foil or lid - bake 325°F- 1 1/2 to 2 hours- until chicken is tender. Uncover- sprinkle with parsley or cilantros- cook 20 to 30 minutes longer. Serve with hot cooked noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
