Roll boneless- skinless chicken pieces (or your favorite pieces in melted butter or margarine.

Dredge chicken pieces then in

1-2 c. Ritz crackers crushed*
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

chopped chives
garlic granular
salt n pepper
dash of cayenne pepper

Bake 350F approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Turn pieces after 30 minutes

Notes~ Tortilla chips are good also. Finger Tenders good this way also.
