~ for about 1/2 chicken- increase ingredients if u want for more chicken
medium onion sauteed in little oil n butter

Whole or half chicken grilled-roasted or boiled skinless shred large
Favorite Salsa Homemade with some roasted tomatoes-peppers (just put about 1/2 c. or more to ur taste
few green olives with pimentino's broken ( 6 servings I added about almost handful -NO EXTRA JUICE
Water
6 ozs. tomato Hunts sauce
1 tsp. Mexican orgeano powder

McCormicks chicken gravy couple squeezes from large container
1 T. Caldo con sabor de Pollo
2-3 tsps. green salsa verde
1/2 tsp. sprinkle basil
salt to your taste
flour to thicken

Sautee onions just till little tender
Large skillet add everything else-bring to a boil -stirring 5 minutes.-simmer 10-15 minutes.
Serve over rice or place in corn torillas or burrito's if make thick enough..

Notes -Came up this a couple months ago n always is GONE.. So flavorable n tasty.
Serve over rice- in buritto's ( thicken the sauce more- or with warm tortillas.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
