Oven Fried Honey Chicken with Vinegar

1/4 c. honey
2 T. Balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 ½ c. bread crumbs dried seasoned
1 T. peanut oil
8 pieces of chicken any you want boneless ñ skinless

Preheat oven 375° F.

Whisk together in bowl-honey ñ vinegar. Pour seasoned bread crumbs into separate bowl-set bowls aside.

Spread oil over foil-lined baking pan large enough to hold all chicken pieces in one layer. Roll chicken pieces in honey mixture- then in bread crumbs- place on pan.

Bake 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Don’t forget to turn chicken with tongs.

Notes~ Seasonings for bread crumbs can be salt-chives- pepper-cayenne-onion granular-garlic granular- paprika- parsley ñ on ñ on. Get creative even adding little Romano cheese on at the very last.
