Roasted Spicy Chicken

1 frying chicken cut in pieces
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes or ur taste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 T. dry mustard
1 tsp.chili powder
2 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1 T. onion chopped
2-3 garlic cloves minced

Salt chicken- brown in butter - place in roasting pan. Mix rest of ingredients
together in pot - cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes. Pour over chicken - bake- basting often in 325F. oven 1 1/2 hours.
