1 lb. chicken breast halves or thighs skinless boneless
1) 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli- baby carrots- water chestnuts sliced very thin
2 T. quick-cooking tapioca
Sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. orange peel finely shredded
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Cut chicken into 1" pieces.
Place vegetables in crockpot. Sprinkle tapioca over veggies. Place chicken on top of that.
Combine sauce ingredients - pour over chicken.
Cover- cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours.
Serve over rice.
Notes - replace tapioca with cornstarch if u don't have.
