Crockpot Chicken Breast n Gravy with Italian Salad Dressing

Crockpot Chicken Breast n Gravy with Italian Salad Dressing

4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T. olive oil
1) 2/3 oz. pkg. Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic granular
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1) 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup (Campbell's
1) 7 /8 oz. package chicken gravy mix

Spray crockpot with Pam Cooking Spray.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to crockpot.
Put chicken breast in crockpot.
Sprinkle Italian Dressing mix- onion powder- garlic granular over chicken breast.
Cook on LOW 4 hours.
(After 4 hours cooking- IF NEEDED- you may add a little water or chicken broth to make more gravy in the end- don't add too much liquid-if you do.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon bouillon in the liquid in crockpot.
Pour cream of chicken soup over breast.
Turn crockpot to high n cook 1 more hour.
Remove chicken- scraping the soup off the breast n back into crockpot.
Add gravy mix to to 1/4 cup cold water - mix well- add to crockpot -mix well.

Add black pepper if you like

Notes~ Make this spicy by dicing up 1-2 serrano's or 1 jalapeno seeded n diced.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
