Still Not Convinced ?

Pretty Ccol technique but I'm still not sure that just the "moisture" is enuff to warrant doing a bird this way instead of Beer Can style
He keeps mentioning the abundant juice but only casually mentions a "hint" of pineapple in the taste
The Beer Can is certainly less trouble than the Pineapple

I'm gonna give it a try Emm. I'm betting that it will in fact give us a very moist bird considering how much water is in pineapples. Besides, I'd rather sacrafice a pineapple than my beer :)
I bet a watermelon would work too, I'm curious to how much flavor from the fruits get to the meat closest to the steam bath ?

That's a cool idea and I agree with WV. Id rather keep the beer for myself. Now I've also seen varies of soda flavors used but never pineapple.
That guy James with Aim Em and Claim has a cool you tube channel and has a lot of videos to check out.
