Gas fired BBQ, pics later. I'll give it an hour on slow then lather with sucklebusters. Wife's even excited, she loved the last one so much. She wants the Cajun next time, so she's even looking ahead.

She loves it, she raved to our kids about it, then they said they want to try it. Told them when summers truely here I'll cook 3 of them up for a family feast. I'll just use the chicken tickler on 1 for the wee kids and Cajun on 2 for us. We have a big day here in November so I'm thinking 6 of these during the day???

First coating of sucklebusters chipotle sauce. Right side was a bit close to the fire so I'm just cooking on middle burners, feel sorry for neighbours, smells are primo. I used 50/50 lager and coca cola. Want to see how it tastes.
