however, I need a week or more at least before I do another beer can chicken, or the Wiffy won't be around to see it

Love the pics of the chicks, I'm gunna try the lemon trick as well. The lemon I had in the neck , I think helped the moistness of the bird, nice clean taste, slightly citrus, but not bitter. Our lemons are quite sweet. Wife said we should do 2 for when the family come one Sunday. I know the skin will be first thing gone. Man the skin was unbelievable. Thanks for comments guys.
