Not gunna lie guys, there's a place called the Red Wolfe Inn in Belvedere NJ.
It's a hole in the wall from the outside, but come inside and prepare urself for the MONGO steaks.
U can get a 96 Oz...Yes, you read that right !
They all come out sizzling hot on your own cast iron skillet.
The owner legally owns 2 Wolves out back that he feeds any leftover scraps to.
Best eating animals in the state I'm sure lol.
I went for the 32 Oz topped with caramelized mushrooms and onions. !
Almost rolled me out of there !

All I can think of is John Candy eating the Old 96er in the movie Great Outdoors.

Cube steak is a cut of beef, usually top round or top sirloin, tenderized by fierce pounding with a meat tenderizer, or use of an electric tenderizer. The name refers to the shape of the indentations left by that process (called "cubing").
