Chicken thighs

Postby Russ » Mon Jan 30, 2017 4:44 pm

I can't find the thread about thighs wrapped in bacon and cooked to what looked to me like heaven. I've tried to replicate it. Thighs dusted in clucker dust and wrapped in bacon. Ready for dinner tonight. First pics.

For a little extra, Add a sliver of Jalapeno and a chunk of pepper jack cheese inside then wrap with bacon :chef:

10:4 on the cheese, I will add before I cook. It will be Colby though . I'll slip a chilly from wife's garden, she's picking them now. Expect a huge crop over next 8 weeks.

Forgot the cheese I was that excited, it was very good, bacon was another level with suckle busters BBQ sauce.

Happy wife too.
