Smoked chicken
I am going to smoke some sausage this weekend on my offset smoker. I figured while I was doing that, I would like to get some chicken breast and put them on as well. Does anyone have a good method for a smoked breast preferably with dry rub?

Liberal coating of this - http://www.sucklebusters.com/clucker-dust-bbq-rub/
And about 10-15 mins before they are done cover with - http://www.sucklebusters.com/honey-bbq-sauce/
Allow to darken and make a real nice glaze, then serve!

Re: Smoked chicken
SB peach sauce ain't bad either, watch the temp on them or they will dry out.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!
