I need a chicken brine......
I need a chicken brine I Can use at comps, or a suggested commercial chicken soak.......

Now, I'm gonna put this charcoal in a nice Geometrical shape, called a PILE......

Marinate in Zesty Italian Dressing 4 hrs
OR USE THIS
Blu's Bird Brine
To every quart of warm water add
1/4 cup Pickle salt
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1tbl hotsauce(I Like Chrystal)
1 tbl Garlic powder.
add 1/2 lb of ice.
Brine 1 hr Lb.

K.I.S.S. Brine
1 gallon water
1c kosher salt
1c sugar
Bring to a boil then allow to cool completely before adding yard bird, let soak in the fridge for 12 hrs
