Take some boneless/skinless chicken breasts (3-4) and slice 'em into 3 or 4 strips, set aside.
Get 3 tablespoons of a red wine vinegarette, add to it a couple tablespoons of worshy, maybe a tad of pepper (I used Chipotle powder), set aside.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in a skillet. Brown chicken pieces, remove and set aside. Add 2 more tablespoons butter to pan and then add 1 pint heavy cream. Stir and heat till it's reduced about 2/3rds. Add the vinegarette mixture, stir and add the chicken pieces back in. Heat through and enjoy.
Very rich, but nearly no carbs. I served a zukes along side.
