Turkey injection

Going to smoke a turkey on the UDS thanks to BluDawg getting me squared out with my lid ! It holds temp great now !! The wife wants something differnt than the usual butter injection so thinking about apple juice ? Open for other suggestions going to smoke 2 birds 1 on the UDS and 1 in the elect. Smoker

I don't inject em.
I think brining a bird is much better.
