Using zip lock bag or bowl combine to marinate
½ soy sauce
3 garlic cloves large chop
1 T. ginger freshly grated
2 T. lemon juice fresh
2 T. brown sugar
1 to 2 T. red crushed pepper flakes
2 T. olive oil or canola oil
Little turmic to add color or use yellow food coloring
Adding
8 chicken pieces skinless or with skin (I use thighs ñ breasts - adding a few wings.
Marinate 8 hours or overnight is better.
Making sure chicken is turned so all gets soaked well ñ flavor is well into meat
When ready to grill chicken –Prepare the grill. Grill chicken till cooked through both sides.
Slice some fresh pineapple or use canned into rings-sprinkle either regular ½ tsp sugar or Splenda both sides. Grill these
turning once –making marks on rings ñ till softened-maybe 3 minutes on grill until soft- about 2 minutes.
Add remaining pineapple juice mixture- bring to boil- reduce heat - simmer 10 minutes.
