Creamy Balasmic Chicken

1 T. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves skinless boneless or any parts U like
1 to 2 garlic cloves minced UR taste
3 T. balsamic vinegar
3/4 c. water or use half ñ half or heavy cream
1) 10 3/4 oz. Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c. plum or roma tomatoes diced or 1/2 c. thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced pitted kalamata olives
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves crushed
1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese

Hot cooked orzo pasta or any pasta

Heat oil in 10"skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken - cook 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.

Stir garlic- vinegar- water in skillet. Cook- stir 1 minute. Stir in soup- tomatoes- olives- oregano -heat to boil. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to LOW. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve chicken ñ sauce with orzo.
