Cheese Mushroom Baked Chicken Breast

1 to 1 ½ lbs. chicken breasts boneless skinless
2-3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. butter
bread crumbs seasoned or Ur seasonings
1 c. mushrooms sliced thin
½ onions chopped
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 boullion cubes or use base
6 slices Muenster cheese

Soak chicken in beaten egg for 1 hour then bread chicken with crumbs.

Brown chicken in butter. Place chicken in shallow casserole.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sauté mushrooms with onions in butter - place on top of chicken. Pour bouillon over chicken- mushrooms ñ cover all with Muenster cheese.
Top at last 5 minutes with Panko Bread crumbs

Bake 350°F 20-30 min. 4 servings
