Jim's Sweet Spicy Wings

Sweet and spicy wings! You can make two batches of the sauce and use one as a marinade before grilling the chicken; then pour the second batch over the chicken after it is grilled. It is not mandatory to do it this way, just better! "

Ingredients:

1 to 2 (3 pound) bags chicken wing drumettes
1 (12 to 16 ounce) bottle Louisiana-style hot sauce
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (8 ounce) jar honey
dash garlic salt
dash ground black pepper
cayenne pepper to taste (depends on how spicy you want the chicken)

Directions:

Grill the chicken (you can deep fry or bake the chicken instead if you want to, but it is best when grilled).

Combine the hot sauce, butter or margarine, honey, garlic salt, ground black pepper and cayenne pepper. Pour the sauce mixture into a medium size skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the grilled chicken wings and serve.
