1 to 2 tsp. garlic granular to ur liking
1 ½ to 2 tsps. Mexican oregano powder
2 bay leaves
2 to 3 T. Chicken Gravy Powder (McCormick’s
Salt at the end

Bake meaty ribs 325° F. 1st hour turn down to 300° F till done ñ very tender with salt pepper ñ garlic granular.
Or use***any pork u choose ñ just boil it till tender shred either baked or boil when finished in large skillet
Adding all other ingredients. Bring to boil – turn down to simmer- Cook till rice cooked ñ mixture thick.
Remove bay leaves. Serve with warm tortillas or over lettuce.

Notes~When ready taste for extra cumin ñ salt. Use any pork left over.

Used the left over ribs cause there was so many left over after a party.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
