Those would be country style ribs
They don't cook the same as pork butts
The cook will will go much faster

Is that shoulder (used for Pulled Pork) just cut in kinda chops.

Propably a silly question, but I´m not so familiar with all the cuts

I have quartered them sorta and grilled them low heat then set off indirect to the side a while, WOW umm umm good.

I'm a fan of country style ribs. I usually season like a pork chop and grill indirect. Usually pretty cheap and good food!
