stuffed pork chops

I just love thick cut pork chops.
fillet the chops to the bone and stuff it with what ever you feel like
I just had some tonight, stuffed with ham, mushrooms, garlic, and spiced with nut meg and thyme.
the outside is very simple, lemon pepper and sea salt.
then throw it on the Q.
