Sweet ñ Tart Pork Tenderloin

4 T. honey
2 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. brown sugar packed
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika

1) 1 lb. or so whole pork tenderloin

Preheat oven 375° F.
Mix 1st group together well n rub well into tenderloin all over. Place in baking dish or pan –covered 1st 15 minutes – than uncover
Roast about 20-30 minutes or till meat temp reaches 155° -160°F. –or desired taste -basting occasionally with juices. Slice thinly to serve.

Note~ can add pineapple rings or apple slices cut thin on top if so desired

On the grill is even better. On the grill -place no stick foil so the grill marks show through all over the tenderloin n can get some juices to bast
finish baking or grilling fat side up. So tender n serve with some rice with what ever juices are left. LIke the apple slices but than if Hawaiian style use the pineapple rings
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
